I study physics at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. My research and reading interests are tensor networks and language model interpretability. Broadly, I work on theory and algorithms for machine learning inspired by physics.
I also maintain a blog with longer thoughts.
[06.2026] — Joining the Scalable Solvers Group at Lawrence Berkeley Lab this summer.
[02.2026] — Working on mechanistic interpretability as a SPAR research fellow.
[02.2026] — Started my research internship at the Matter Lab.
[08.2025] — Presented some research at QSim 2025 at IBM, New York City.
